This unit is on the third floor overlooking the Los Muertos beach.

The Building is in the Zona Romantica on Amapas Street with a perfect Los Muertos Beach location. Across the street are shops, a pharmacy, a convenience store, a nail salon, a choco banana, a money change outlet, a Laundromat and several small sidewalk cafes. Nearby are numerous bars, restaurants, internet locations, doctors, dentists, travel agents, and some of the best stores for shopping. You can easily walk anywhere from this location and taxis are cheap and plentiful with a taxi stand right across the street. The Los Muertos beach has palapas, umbrellas, and chairs with waiters from the local restaurant always happy to serve you. You can have a great time in Puerto Vallarta and never leave the property. There is also a rooftop heated pool with lots of lounge chairs.
