There is a chef, sue chef, houseman/manager, waiter, housemaid and bartender.  They are there 7 days a week while most other villas only have staff Monday thru Saturday.

MAIN HACIENDA:

•  Main Villa has 4 bedrooms all with king size bed and each with their own en-suite bathrooms and showers, ceiling fans, A/C and safe.  Each bedroom can be locked out (they all have a dead bolt lock).  All bedrooms open to terrace.
• There is a half bathroom at the ground level along with a 60" flat screen TV with Canadian Satellite programs.
• Opens to pool terrace with heated pool, covered palapa with BBQ area, half bath and tables and chairs
• Main living room, dining area, kitchen and great outdoor sitting area and 4 bedrooms upstairs
• Casita Sofia on the 1st floor has 2 bedrooms with king size beds, en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and A/C.  It has 3 balconies, one in the front at the entrance of the casita (quite large) and each of the 2 bedrooms have their own balcony. It has a dining room with living room with ceiling fans and A/C unit (separate from the one in the bedrooms), color TV with Mexican cable. About 1200square feet
•  Casita Carmen on the 1st floor, has 2 bedrooms with king size beds, en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and A/C.  It has 3 balconies, one in the front at the entrance of the casita (quite large) and each of the 2 bedrooms have their own balcony. It has a dining room with living room with ceiling fans and A/C unit (separate from the one in the bedrooms), color TV with Mexican cable. About 1200 square feet.
• Casita Adelia on the ground floor, (handicap accessible) has 2 queen size bed bedrooms and shared bathroom with shower, ceiling fans an A/C. It has a living room and dining room with ceiling fans and A/C unit (separate from the one in the bedrooms), color TV with Mexican cable. The sliding door in the living room opens up to the pool/bar area.
• Casita Christina on the ground floor, (handicap accessible) has 2 queen size bed bedrooms and shared bathroom with shower, ceiling fans an A/C. It has a living room and dining room with ceiling fans and A/C unit (separate from the one in the bedrooms), color TV with Mexican cable. The sliding door in the living room opens up to the pool/bar area.
• There is wireless WIFI internet throughout the whole property and a telephone that can call anywhere in the world for free.

STAFF SERVICES:

·        Meal service includes; upon request breakfast either buffet style or made to order, snacks for lunch, full dinner and Happy Hour snacks (grocery receipts to be reimbursed daily or as the staff shops by guest).

About Bucerias

Founded in the 1930′s, Bucerias is now home to some 17,000 residents made up mostly of Spanish speaking Mexicans. Many Canadians and Americans have also chosen to settle here.  Our roads, many hand built – stone by stone!  It's amazing to see, it carries the old world feel. You walk on it and realize "this was built by hand". You know you are experiencing Mexico when you see the town and how it was built.
