The Carraige House suite is rented separately and can bring the villa's capacity to 18 total guests when combined with Villa Estrella Mar.
It is located at the entrance to the Villa Estrella Mar and is a full one bedroom apartment space located above the garage. This property can also be rented completely on it's own, but if not rented with the villa, there is no access to the villa or it's amenities (ie. no chef services or pool or elevator access).
This one bedroom apartment has a full kitchen, living room, work area, a balcony with partial ocean views and a second outdoor area without views by the bedroom. The bedroom has ample closet space with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and single sink.
