The “Presidential Floor” includes: spectacular views of the mountains as well as Banderas Bay, an outdoor pool with cascading waterfall, a main salon featuring a fish pond and atrium, a main dining room with 12 foot walnut dining table and crystal chandelier, a main gourmet kitchen that opens out onto the poolside terrace, a gallery that features antiques and fine art, a restful and relaxing living room, a huge master bedroom suite with Jacuzzi bath and separate dual headed marble shower, and 3 fully furnished guest bedroom suites.
