The main floor of Villa Las Puertas has two bedrooms and two and a half

bathrooms. The Grand Alcove suite has an ensuite bathroom, Daybreak Suite has a

bathroom across the hallway, and the final bathroom is a powder room. The Duet

room could share a bathroom with the Daybreak Suite but would need to come

down one floor. This level also has the living room, dining room, kitchen, courtyard,

pool and a beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean.

The top floor of Villa Las Puertas (one level above the main level) has four bedrooms, three

bathrooms.

Vista Suite: This bedroom suite has a king size bed, private balcony with ocean views, a

stunning ensuite bathroom with double vanities, and dual showerheads with a balcony

opening to outside. The room has a large closet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe and TV.

Please note if you fill the villa to capacity, this room would share the bathroom with the Duet

Haven Suite: This stunning bedroom suite has a king size bed, shared balcony with

ocean views, a spacious ensuite bathroom with shower. The room also has a large

closet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe and TV.

Canopy Suite: Another beautiful bedroom suite with a king size bed, shared balcony

with ocean views in addition to a secondary private balcony, a beautiful ensuite

bathroom with shower. The room has a large closet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe

and TV.

Duet Room: This bonus bedroom is located right at the top of the stairs as you

enter the Vista Suite. It has two single beds or can make into a king, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and a

courtyard view and bathroom. 

Grand Alcove Suite: This bedroom suite has a king size bed, ocean views, an ensuite

bathroom with a door opening to outside and a way to access the pool directly. The

room has a large closet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and safe.

Daybreak Suite: This bedroom suite has a king size bed, French doors opening to a

small private courtyard, a bathroom across the hall, a large closet, air conditioning,

ceiling fan and safe.

Garden Suite: Tucked away two levels below the main level, this private suite has a

king size bed, garden views and partial ocean views as well as an ensuite bathroom.
