The spacious main level terrace includes outdoor living & dining, the heated infinity pool & spa tub plus sun lounges. The main villa has 4 spacious Bedrooms, 2 Master suites & 5 generous guest suits on the level below the Main level.  All of the bedrooms have ocean views, terreces & ensuite baths, TV, A/C and ceiling fans.  All Bedrooms on lower level have ocean views, and shared terrace with 2^nd spa tub.  No jets and not heated.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:  As of 2023 the country of Mexico is now completely nonsmoking.  Only allowed smoking in your home or rental on terrace.

• 2 Adults per Bedroom
• 2 Small Children Under 3 Years Sleeping With Parents No Cost, All Other Children Count As Adults
• Smoking Allowed In Outdoor Areas Only.
• As of this year the country of Mexico in entirely nonsmoking except in your house.  This means no smoking on the beach or public areas.
